I bought a brandnew VW polo 1.4 in 2018 on finance from Palm motors Whiteriver My current installments is R6014,In 2020 i was driving from Durban to Gauteng June the car was sluggish so i took it to vw Braamfontein,they advised the injector needs to be replaced which they did.November 2020 i was driving from Gauteng to Durban at 9.30 pm (driving alone) my epc light came on and my car lost power on the N3 .Panicking i had to call for help get my car to the destination as i was scared.The next morning i phoned Vw SA to have my car booked in.The tow truck arrived and took my car to Barons Edwin Swales,I was dribing down to dbn as i just lost my dad mind you i explained my situation to get a courtesy car as i need to make funeral arangements Vw said they couldnt provide me with a courtsey car.I had to cancel my funeral arrangements for the day.After numerous calls mu car was then fixed and i was told the injector gave up again.December 2020 my car was making a noise i took it to vw Braamfontein it was booked in for a Month apparently the steering rack needed to be replaced.Mohammed from VW braamfontein was very helpful and gave me a courtsey car for a month.I then asked on steps to change my car as a female driver buying a brandnew car the car kept giving me problems.VW SA said i need to contact the salesman which i did according to him VW sa needs to make a call which they refuse to give me a new car.Janauary 2021 my car steering pulled to the right which almost costed me my life,i managed to stop the car having a passenger with me and call a tow truck,My car was then booked into VW braamfontein again,apparently no faults eas found on the car.I called VW sa to complain about my car all they said was my car is under warranty for the same reason if anything goes wrong.I contacted the salesman his response was it was probably one bad car in the batch.Me driving this car and still paying R6014 a month is risking my life.Vw sa cannot help me to give me a new car.I also said to VW i dont mind a smaller car i feel my life is a at risk driving this car.I need help returning this car.Please please help
