VW South Africa

On the 12th of December 2023 i bought a new vw polo tsi 1.0 life at vw alpine pinetown and car was brand new I had took it for 15000km service in vw south coast and now it currently on 17000km on Monday 13th of May 2024 I have noticed my car was jerking and on the 15th of May 2024 I took it to vw south coast for diagnostic and I was helped by service advisor by the name of Rayne I had explain to her what was happening with the car and she told me that this problem is caused by the fuel that we are using in South Africa it is not vw fault and I asked her who’s fault is that and she rep**** by saying it’s government faults

So yesterday she she called me and told me that after they diagnosed the car they found that spark plugs are red and they need to be replaced and that will cost me R2300 because it won’t be covered under warranty

What confuses me is that even if I can repair this car after some time it’s still going to do same thing since they say this is caused by fuel that we are using in S.A. I’m like what’s the use for to keep this car if it’s going to limit me the garages to fill petrol at? I’m so disappointed in less than 6 months driving this car and it starting to give me problems
