VW South Africa covers dealership poor quality

I purchased a brand new VW polo which had parts replaced from day 1, the brakes failed causing a life threatening event for me VW South africa based in eastern cape defended the dealership and ignored my complaints and refused t have my vehicle replaced the response from the managing directors office was no fault found I have pictures recorded conversations and a third party which confirmed defective brakes. VW South Africa refused to assist in handling the matter further.I will not purchase VW product again and advise consumers to be very weary about purchasing their products.
