VW South Africa and Dealerships major issues with their service.

I have a serious issue with VW SA, I’ve had a problem with my car since I bought the car from them, the car is giving me a warning on the dashboard that the battery is low and needs to be charged by driving around. I’ve sent it through to them on numerous occasions (5 times) but they still can’t find the issue. They recommended that I send it through for a 2nd opinion and I did that as they advised and even the other dealership couldn’t find the issue. They are now giving me the run around with regards to the issue.

I have it in good mind that they want the motor warranty to expire so they can say that they can’t do anything anymore cause the car isn’t under warranty anymore. My warranty is expiring in June 2026.

The dealership I've sent it through were VW Tri-sec (4 times) where they changed the battery and did the alternator tests and even requested that I remove my tracking unit and they still couldn’t find the problem. I then sent it through to VW Springs Muji for the 2nd opinion where they kept the car for 4 days and they changed the Airbag Control module and still the problem is still there and not resolved.

I called VW SA to follow up on my issue and the lady (Siya) said she would call me on Friday and she still hasn’t called me even today. I called in yesterday and today and they keep telling me that she’s on a call. So I don’t know whether these calls last the whole day or she doesn’t want to give me feedback cause they know that they can’t fix the issue and are just waiting for my warranty to expire so I can be all by myself.
