Hi my name is Osborne Kubai ID *** I have a problem last year August 2022 I bought a car from gezina vw tiguan 2020 model number plate KP55JJGP then this year 2023 June 17 the car gave me problems with gearbox as the car was under warranty I took it to Hadfield the they took to months to replace the gearbox I went to collect it after one day the car gave me problems with engine they took another 4months to try to finger out what seems to be the problem they where telling me is flywheel then controlbox pistings n camshaft then the car was fine then they call me to collect the car then the car gave me problems again I told them I don't want the car anymore is eather they give me another car or they settle with the bank I tried calling vw south Africa I spoke to Yolani she was not helping me with anything when I ask her when is my car going to be fine she didn't answer me I spoke to Jordan from Hadfield service manager he was rude to me I was using the car for business I lost money for the past 6months they gave me a small car and the business I'm using we don't use polo vivo like I called for help at ombasman they standing up for vw south Africa even now the car is at vw Hadfield like I don't want that car anymore it has many problems please hep
