VW sold me a faulty car

Highly disappointed in the vehicle i bought, from the time of purchasing the car i have had endless problems, car has been in for a service 3 times in the 5 months that i have the car. Hydraulic lifters were replaced, door resprayed and brakes replaced.. The car is in worse condition than when I sent it in, there is a tapid sound which the car makes in the morning when started(sounds like a diesel car). The manager Steven has stated he will be visiting my house to witness this sound as he has to send it to the factory. I am taking the ombudsman route should this not be resolved. I am either expecting my engine to be replaced or a replacement vehicle. Hoping to hear from VW South Africa for a prompt response, if not I will be contacting the ombudsman ASAP!
