VW side panel

Hi There, I need help, I own a VW polo vivo concept line 1.4 GP 2015. I hav a accident begining of Jan 2016 on the 3rd. My car has been kept at the Panel beaters because they saying they cant locate the Side panel fro VW. I am not sure whether this is a complaint or but am really not feeling good about this. when I ever I call VW they keep on saying they dont know when they can get the part. I was not expecting that from VW until now they still not sure when they can get the part. Its after a month already and they havent got the part. any one who can help at VW parts?
