VW side panel

Hi I have been waiting for a month for a Side panel for polo vivi 1.4 concept line GP that was ordered by Denttech Panel beaters. What happened to the old VW this is totally not acceptebly I would call VW in north cliff they said they dont know when they can get it... I was so shocked to hear such an answer. Last week I called again they said the Factory is manufacturing the part. I called again today and they said there is no feedback yet. until when should wait to get positive feedback? I never expected such service from VW and their factory to take forver.
