Vw shocking road side assistance

My first and utmost disgusting experience with a mechanical breakdown with vw sa. What a bunch of misleading liers you have working at your road side assist department.. we have been **** to about the whereabouts of a tow truck for the past 5 hours and until now no tow truck.. my son has been stuck on the side of the road for the past 5 hours of which we were told at 7 om that the truck is 5 mins away well three hours later and still no tow truck. Bearing in mind my child has to be at university tomorrow to write a test. If you had been honest firm the word go we would have made Alternative arrangements. What a bunch of *********** *****. It took almost three hours of non stop persistent calling to get a manager to contact us. Will never ever buy this **** brand again.../
