VW senior consultant lies to get rid of unhappy client
I have been awaiting a cradle part from VW South Africa for almost 3 months now, when I escalated the matter the lady who apparently is a senior consultant decided to lie to me and told me I would get the part today, knowing well that they will get it early next month which was a date I initially had an issue with....**** service and this is my last ride with them.....
