VW SA: Worst Customer Interaction Center ever!

I drive a 2014 Golf 7 GTI which I bought 2015 pre-owned at VW Mastercars with 27000km on the clock with the balance of factory warrantee & Service plan. 3 weeks ago I head a strange noise on my car as it changes gears and took it to Vw in Claremont. after checking my car,VW Claremont responded that my VBelt Tensioner is damaged and can not be coverd under Factory waranty. the reasone for that was that my car has been in an accident and that part has been damaged due to impact or possible collision they also mentioned that my airconditioning compressor has been changed and have no record of it on their system

I was shocked and told them that I had never had an accident with that car eversince i took delivery. to cut the store short.

I complained to VW SA on the 22/03/2017 about the above, and spoke with Muslima, she advised me that they would do an investigation and get back to me in 24hours, they never did, I called them again they said there is a case office appointed to my case and she is Chantel Man, I called her a number of times and when i finally reached her she told me that they are in contact with the dealer management and will get back to me on friday th 24/03/2017. on Friday I called she said she will have an answer for me Monday the 27/03/2017. on Monday I called again,

Chantel Mann told me that they cant dispute what the VW Clamont branch is telling me. so there is nothing they can do. I asked her to white that down for me. she said she would email me on the following day. she then sent an email mentioning the very same thing VW Claremont was telling me.

They waisted 6 days without any feed back and during all this time I didnt have a car. they did no special investigation except to to the word of the dealer. and waiste 4 day. to top it all, my Factory Warantee Expired on the 27/03/2017 which I wanted to renew, I could not cause my car was not drivable and VW SA was was not responding.

when they finaly responded on the 28/03/2017 they just reiterated what the dealer said, that my waranty expired so they could not assist. I believe they waisted the 6 days without responce so that they could say the warantee has expired as if I was claming on a warantee that was invalid which was not the case.

I have taken the case with the dealer I bot the car from and they are taking responsibility and are paying for the damages.

From VW SA customer interaction centre treatment, I conclude that this is my last VW, No one should pay over 500k for a product/car and get such undeserving treatment from the manufacturer.
