VW SA Warranty service and customer care BAD

VW Polo broke down because of mechanical failure and still under warranty. Week later no repairs and poor service from VW SA. No courtesy car. Now seeking legal advice. Drive also VW Touareg but after this incident my trust in VW is gone. Warning to VW owners: Hope your VW never experience mechanical problems as VW SA Customer Care and Warranty dept is the worst I have ever seen. Today is day 8 and no parts ordered and still without a car.
