VW SA /VW HOOPERS DBN -POOR PATHETIC SERVICE / PUTTING THE CUSTOMERS LIVES AT RISK AND DELAY TACTICS !!

with regards to terrible service ,safety and putting the customer lives at risk January this year we had some concerns with our vehicle (the car had a vibration on start and we felt uncomfortable driving this vehicle )and we booked the car in at VW hoopers Durban ,with much delay ,and poor service ,the problem was identified as injectors ,we were without a vehicle for 1-2 weeks ,the vehicle was so called repaired ,a 2-3 days passed we noticed the fuel was getting used up fast and got a oil smell and there was a leak under the car ,upon checking this ,we open the bonnet and started the car ,the fuel was shooting up from the engine ,this alerted us and we panicked as this was a major risk ,as the car could have caught a light while driving and could have put our lives and other lives on the road 'Fuel was leaking ' unbelievable .....................the car was collected from pinetown and delivered to the dealership ,we were in constant communication with the call center ,i visited the dealership the next morning ,angry and frustrated and disappointing and the manager called his team and advise this will not occur again ,apparently the technicians didn't put the clamp properly which resulted in the fuel shooting up ....a excuse ? what measures are taken to ,check and ensure something that is so important is not verified by a quality controller etc .....2 weeks later we experience the car just switch off while driving ,video footage shows the car didn't move and was rolled and vw hoopers collected the car and advise all in order ,still not comfortable with the car ,we assumed vw did their work .......5 weeks ago ,we notice the car troubling again and was booked in....first week we were advise there is problem with the injectors again and that a special tool is required ,the tool was the first for vw hoopers and this was dragged for 2-3 weeks and we were then strolled along and now the tool was provided and then they now say they have to order another two injectors ,that will take 10 working days ,a delay that was expected ...everything was vwsa /technicians and this is being dragged as the warranty is going to expire next month ....a technique well planned by vwsa and dealership !.....totally disappointing and that we have customers have to beg for updates and be pulled along , yet again we have advised we will be publishing our terrible experience ..... VWSA /VW HOOPERS DURBAN TERRIBLE ...WE NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST AND THIS WILL BE TAKEN TO MEDIA WITH OUR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
