VW SA SELLING INFERIOR PARTS

<p>Absolutely disgusted with VW LENASIA!!!!!!!!!!!!Our late2016 POLO TSI not even 1 year old broke down on the n1,insurance towed the the car to VW Lenasia where we were advised our clutch burnt, and its our fault not VW"S and we must pay not the warranty the car has never been mistreated or driven hard,not even a smell to alert to a burnt clutch so how in the hell(unless VW SA Sells inferior parts to ITS BELOVED CLIENTELE)does the clutch fail,from the start the service manager Adil was more interested in selling us a replacement than actually checking the car, he assumed the clutch was burnt only after i called did he offer to check the gearbox and wanted me to pay for him to check,to actually do his job.Well today he says the clutch is burnt well today i dont trust him and i believe he is not being honest and as a VW EMPLOYEE the whole organisation is then not honest.So from this day forward i detest VW AND I BELIEVE THEY ROBBING THERE CUSTOMERS AND WILL MAKE IT MY DUTY TO INFLUENCE EVERY PERSON I CAN TO NOT BUY A VW.</p> <p>SERIOUSLY UNSATISFIED</p>
