VW SA Refuse to pay for technical issues on my car

<p>VW is refusing to cover me technical issues on my Polo Vivo. The car started heating and I called them to report the problem. They suggested to take the car and check what the problem was. Later the dealer said the fan jamed and damaged the themostart with it's electronic fuse and I was liable to pay cause those things are not covered by the warranty. When I called VW SA and complain, VW dealer said they found plastics that caused the fan to jam.</p> <p> </p> <p>On a Polo Vivo almost every part in infront is exposed and you can easily see when the are plastics jamimg the fan. Now I'm liable to pay for replacement of parts that are covered on the warranty and the cost is R 7900. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disapointed on them.</p>
