VW SA poor communication with customers

My VW Jetta that was bought in 2017 new broke down in Welkom FS. It was taken to the dealership in Welkom. During this period that my Jetta is still there I have been **** to by the dealershio and VW SA call centre case manager. When I requested that a management member phone me I was told " A eequest will be put through" This was last week and no phone call yet. I know I am less than a drop of water in a bucket but I definatly don't feel part of the VW family with how I have been treated.
