VW SA not doing there part to prevent theft

my 08 polo gti was literally ****** in less than 3 minutes, i have cctv footage of the incident. the ******s either used my key which they somehow made because i have both my keys with me or they electronically hacked my car(if thats possible).<br> <br> i called a vw dealership to find out if someone ordered a key for my car, they said they couldnt get access to checking if an order was made for my key at other dealerships due to franchise private information.<br> <br> I then called VW SA to find out if someone ordered my key because the key is sent from the factory and then coded at the respective dealership. VW SA said they cannot tell me because in order to search they need my vin number and the dealership code. how am i going to know which dealership ordered the key? theres so many.<br> <br> so my question and concern is , what is VW doing from their part to prevent theft of vehicles because it could be an inside job?they need to update their systems to search via vin number only.<br> <br>
