VW SA -Horrible customer experience

Horrible and upsetting, VW SA and VW Hoopers need to change their policies and procedures, took my vehicle in for a faulty water pump, turns out after a few months that they used a defective part, they expect me to pay consumable to repair my car to a value of R1200 even though initially they recieved payment of R4500 to repair my car, they do not have the customers best interest at heart, i will opt to use other RMI approved repair centrs now, even after bringing it to the attention of VW SA they were blunt and refused to assit, Pathetic !!
