VW SA doesnt have the ***** to hold their dealerships and CIC staff accountable

The CIC case managers honestly are unsure of what they are doing. I was allocated a lady by the name of Riette who has very poor communication skills who doesnt call back on time and creates false expectations. Her colleague Leonie then calls and duplicates the already sensitive situation and closes my case and despite raising concerns about Riette, I dont get any call to explain what happened.

Riette's feedback of the issue being raised internally is a classic response as there is simply no remorse or justice for customers. VW South Africa lets their dealerships, especially the VW on Hendrik Potgieter here in JHB, provide exceptionally poor service and get away with it.

Simply pathetic!
