VW SA Disgusting

Poor Service and ineffective and insensitive. Just bought a VW Tiguan. It went to VW the Glen for an 80 point check. I was so excited for my new vehicle and took my family to Cape Town from Pretoria for a holiday. Just after Laingsberg I had a problem where the lower control arm drive shaft gave problems and myself and the family were left destitute on the side of the road. As you know it is very dangerous with trucks driving on the N1 and we were so scared looking at the and my children were in tears of being left on the side of the road. I had to pay R2800 out of my own pocket to get my family safely to Cape Town. I have contacted VW SA and laid a complaint, till today I have not received any feedback from the Mighty VW as I am only a little customer to this huge company. I am so sorry for making the mistake of doing business with VW. I would suggest do not make business with them as after sales service is pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!
