VW SA cant supply spares for a brand new 2018 VW Amarok Bakkie

I purchased a brand new Amarok Extreme Bakkie in January 2018 , it is not a budget vehicle at R700k but it is a gread vehicle . Unfortunately I cracked the front bumper over two months ago and I am still waiting for a new bumper from VW South Africa . How can a company like VW South Africa not carry spares for a brand new high end model vehicle !!!.I complained to VW South Africa and yes they did contact me and call me on a regular basis with apologies and lip service BUT they still cant give me an arrival date for the new bumper ordered , this now going on for weeks with no resolution in site . So beware if you purchase a new Amarok you may be grounded if you need spares . I dont think any of the competitor veghicle dealers have this problem .
