VW SA, can't even repond to complaints! poor

After the Belly Plate of my Polo 1.2 TDI Blue Motion came loose while driving on the highway, it was taken to VW Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein to be fixed/replaced. Even though the car is still under warranty the best excuse they could come up with was \ its cracked and scratched"so you have to pay for it.<br> <br> Pathetic excuse! That's what happens to cheap plastic when it comes loose on the highway and is smacked against the chassis of the car a couple of times and dragged on the highway.<br> <br> It would also be nice if the Dealer Principle could respond to my mail sent on 19 March 2015.
