Vw Sa bad for business

I am so dissappointed n frustrated.... I purchased my Vw Polo in 2018 May and to this date my car has been to the dealership more than I can count. 1. Last year not even 5months after purchase the car switched off completely in peak traffic only to take it to the dealership to find out that it was the fuel pump that was faulty.... I was told that a fuel pump will take two weeks to order without a courtesy car I then had to put pressure and make a commotion in order to get a courtesy car, running from sales to services in order to get a courtesy car. From the time the fuel pump was changed i cannot top the tank up as it has a airlock when filling..so Im driving a car that cannot be topped up... its costing me money as there is more evaporation in the tank because the fuel is not filled to its capacity. 2. Again last year the car had under 7000km , i went to the garage the petrol attendent checked oil for me only to find that the dip stick was almost dry....bear in mind no oil light came on... no warning lights nothing. I took it to the dealership but nothing came off it... no tests were done or oil pressure test or to see why the oil light never come on. 3. Then radio does not go off at times when you take the key out the ignition.... at this point on im so angry coz i have to keep running to a dealership. 4. Yesterday the hill assist stopped working you could feel it in the clutch that somthing was wrong. 5. Today on the way to work the clutch was burning for no reason you could smell it as it was so bad that smoke was coming out from the engine and basically suffocating us. Then my wife gets to the dealership to run from service to sales as service is not intrested sales now must come tell service please do x y n z and arrange for a courtesy car which i hope we will get by today. They didnt want to book the car... we must make a booking.. I mean really now its not going for a service there is a problem with the car so it has to be booked in asap. My wife is so frustrated and crying with the service at the dealership and this car giving us so much off troubles that I will be engaging with an attorney and going to the ombudsman. People buy new cars so they dont break down on the road or have to keep going to the dealership.
