VW SA and NTT VW Worcester

NTT Volkswagen Worcester and Volkswagen SA are pathetic. I took my vehicle to NTT Volkswagen Worcester for a problem it had. They had my car for approximately 8hrs. I went, picked it up - they said it's sorted and i paid. When I got home it had the exact same problem, even worse it seemed.

No I'm left without transportation to work, and have to take another leave day to get the car there.. again, if it can even make the trip! I logged a complaint with Volkswagen SA and nothing even came of it.

This is really pathetic! Making me regret purchasing a VW.
