VW Rustenburg, worst service ever.

I bought a VW POLO TSI 1.0, last year in March 2018. In December it broke down, it did not have power at all. It was towed to VW Rustenburg, it took them a whole month to repair it. NB: I did not receive a courtesy car, however I am under their motor and service plans. Again this year May 2019, it had an EPC issue and it was taken to VW Rustenburg, still no courtesy car available for me. The most irritating thing is that during all this I had to contact them for an update. They did not keep me informed that my car was fixed and I can come collect it.
