VW Robs customers

I am sad to write this review, VW have refused to fix a product of theirs, even though that car was under warranty, maintenance plan. My brakes are making noises. This happened when the car was below 5000km. The manufacturer does not want to admit that they have sold a deflective vehicle. My life is at risk. I spent R280k on a vehicle that does not work and VW refuses to fix. I have owned other car e.g., Toyota they have honored their warranty. VW hides behind policies and *****s money from innocent customers. I have bought a brand new car for peace of mind but I have spent thousands of rand trying to fix this problem.
