VW Recurring Problems

My wife is the registered owner of a Volkswagen Polo 1.4 with chassis Number: AAVZZZRZCU073034.<br> <br> The above mentioned vehicle was bought brand new from Volkswagen Menlyn in September 2012. We have had numerous issues with this vehicle since the date of purchase.<br> <br> The first time our vehicle was booked into your workshop for overheating the work was completed and the vehicle collected on 03/12/2014. The vehicle had 52965 km's and there was no courtesy vehicle offered. <br> The second time this was lodged was on 17/02/2015, same issue - overheating at 58500km's. Once again no courtesy vehicle was offered. <br> The third time the car was taken to your workshop it was taken in on 05/082015 and was released to me on 20/08/2015. We escalated to Eugene, the reason for us doing this was due to the warranty expiring. I was told by the dealership that this issue would not happen again! <br> The fourth time the vehicle broke down on 16 March 2016 with the same overheating issue and once again no courtesy vehicle offered. <br> So I currently sit at home, having to take unnecessary annual leave due to the pathetic service. I need to have this car replaced or an alternative solution provided.
