VW RADIO CODE

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR RADIO CODE THE DAY YOU BUY A VOLKSWAGEN.

I have a Tiguan which I bought second hand and we had to do some repairs and the battery had to be disconnected. So when all was done the Radio Requested a Code. No code nowhere to be found.....

Call VW to assist.......Guess what..... you have to pay ****** R 600.00 for the car to go to a Dealer in order to get a code for the radio.

The car has been paid off for how long and now I have to pay to get a code.

If this is the type of service that VW offers one could reconsider buying a vehicle from them.

THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND A MONEY MAKING SCHEME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
