VW Poor Service

I am so disappointed and frustrated with service I get from Volkswagen Midrand I booked my car in for service and repairs three weeks ago still haven't got my car back and the service adviser don't call to update me I have to call everyday and I have to call the whole day in order to speak to speak service adviser. I wrote to their complaints department sharing my frustration but no one got back to me.
