VW Poor service and car maintenance

Hello VW poor service and car maintenance.

I am a big Vw fan/Driver, but i took my car in to Vw gateway in carletonville because of the boot mechanism that won't open. After the car was taking in i was called and told that i must rather take the car to a different Vw a the part is hard to get. I then spoke to the service manager and said that i am not happy just because of the reason i have to drive to vw potchefstroom. She then said they will look into it and get the part. I was then called a week later by VW SA and said the will handle it internal and that the Vw gateway is being audited and they won't get the part.

I am really not happy and VW gateway wont see me every again and i am in the progress off selling the car.
