VW POLOKWANE RESIST TO FIX THEIR FAULT.

VW Polokwane replaced my steering after I have reported the fault. It was fitted in December and in May I heard the noise again. So I reported the fault which they said is the shocks. I got the shocks replaced - the noise continued. So we agreed that I need to get a second opinion. I went to VW Makhado, they gave a report to say the problem is the steering rack. Now they don't want to attend my problem. What frustrates me more is the attitude of the service advice, service manager and the lack of communication. I have spent so much money travelling to Polokwane just to come back empty handed. I wish I could have bought my car in another VW, but now I know better.
