VW Polo Vivo problems

I am appalled at the problems I’m experiencing with my brand new Polo Vivo that Ive had it for close to 3 months now. This first thing that at first I thought I could give the benefit of doubt was my interior light not working, it had never worked from the day I got the car. When i went to report this at my nearest VW which is Tavcor in PE I was told I would have to book the car in (basically have to go and travel back on an inconvenient day to have the car checked). Now today as I was leaving in the morning when I wanted to open my window I couldn’t and guess why?! My 3 month old cars electric window buttons had fallen inside the door baisically leaving a whole open and not being able to open my window.

Honestly for a 3 month old car this is a bit much hey. And the fact that to have this looked at I have to book the car in with people who’s cars are going in for a service makes me furious.
