Vw Polo Vivo Gt gearbox failure

I bought a Polo Vivo Gt from Dirk Ellis in Jeffreys Bay last year about Octoberish, at 15k km I had the bolts for my dogbone mount get loose and the whole engine was loose, i also had my airfilter bracket come loose and the bracket got lost, i took my car to Dirk Ellis and they told me that they would not replace it under warrenty, my friend who has the exact same car as me never had this issue, soo this was clearly a factory fault, they told me it was because of my driving style, We had to pay for that repair, afterwards I took my car to multiple mechanics and they told me that it is impossible for that bolts to get loose, it is a factory fault. Fast forward to about a week ago, the car has 29k km on the clock, the gearbox failed. They want to charge me 103k to fix the damn thing. Its still a new car, my clutch is still 100% fine, Dirk ellis even said so themselves but its still my fault that the gearbox is broken. This is totally unacceptable. My friend drives way more aggressively than me and his car is 100% fine. Im very disgusted with Volkswagen SA and Dirk Ellis Jeffreys. Ive read multiple complaints on Polo vivos with factory faults. Im sure Volkswagen knows about this but it feels like they dont give a damn about their customers. I seriously loved that car but joh, i have to much *** with Volkswagen and especially Dirk Ellis.
