VW Polo VIVO

No words can comprehend how upset, appalled and disappointed I am with VW! I bought a Vivo last year which is currently on 32000km. On the 17th of March I was stuck in North West due to an engine failure, I had to make an arrangement to tow the vehicle to JHB. A week later I drove home to the Eastern Cape, as I was about to leave I the morning the car wouldn't switch on due to "electronic immobiliser" according to the manual. I called VW SA, the car was towed to Margate. I requested a courtesy car as I travel a lot , they reffered me to the dealership VW South Coast where my car is being repaired, South Coast told me they do not offer courtesy cars. I am now stranded, I believe I got the raw end of the deal with VW, I don't even trust this car anymore who knows what will happen next, I could roll over with the car and die and never live to tell the tail. I need help and intervention, i serviced this damn car in January. I do best on my side to look after it but it doesn't serve me at all or maybe I was sold a car with mechanical failures which were never disclosed? I have a close friend who went through the same problem
