VW polo tyres jammed on numerous occasions

In January 2018 i had a problem with my vw polo, i had recently had it serviced and had the break pads replaced. I called road assistance as when i started my car, the tyres were jammed and my car could not be reversed or even driven forward. They sent someone over on 28 Jan 2018 and they could not determine what the problem was. On monday 29 Jan it was towed to vw benoni. They said they checked it and there was no problem found. It happened again in september but after a day it was back to normal. Today 4 January 2018, the tyres are once again jammed, if i try to reverse or drive forward, the tyres are jammed tight. It is unacceptable for a reputable vehicle company to not have a solution to this problem. Not only is it an inconvenience but also a safety hazard, as what if this occurs in traffic and causes an accident. I informed vw head office of the problem last year aswell and did not get any resolution from them .
