VW Polo the most troublesome car - VW the worst car brand and Bidvest McCarthy VW Durban the worst dealership

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had recently with Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen in Durban, specifically their Pinestreet location. I bought a VW Polo from them, and it has been nothing but a headache.

First off, the car has had multiple issues since day one. From engine problems to electrical faults, it seems like this car was a lemon right off the lot. I reached out to the dealership numerous times, but their response has been beyond disappointing. Their service is terrible, and they have absolutely no product support. Every time I call or visit, they either brush me off or tell me to wait longer for a solution that never comes.

To top it off, there’s been zero follow-up service. They promised to check in and ensure everything was resolved, but I haven’t heard a peep from them since I drove the car off the lot. It's clear they don't care about their customers once the sale is made.

I'm writing this to warn you all – avoid Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Pinestreet at all costs. Their poor service and lack of accountability have been a nightmare. Don't make the same mistake I did!
