VW Polo powerloss

I own a VW Polo 2007 model, sins 2013 it starts losing power when I am on the road. I already replace three of the sensors as well as the coillpack and plug cables. My car is fully service. Everytime VW want to put in new parts, nou they want to put in a petrolpump but cannot give any garenty. Nobody can find the problem as it occurs when and were it want to. I contact VW they also cannot find the problem. On the internet there are several people complaining about the same problem. Somebody al ready die when a truck struck her from behind, because you don t have any control over your car at that time To sell the car is not an optsion because the next person is still in danger. People surgest that VW compensate the persons with the problem and take the Polo s off the road
