VW Polo Life is Terrible Car

I own a VW TSI Life DSG 2023. Lately it has been giving problems, that is on +46000kms. Took it in for a diagnostic as VW Woodmead, the report they gave me was that 3 spark plugs would have to be changed as they are faulty due to wrong fuel used. The car is still under warranty and it also has maintenance plan with Traffic, Traffic is a 3rd Party maintenance provider that VW Hatfield in Hatfield Pretoria never tells you about upon buying a car with them.

Both VW and Traffic are refusing to honour the claim, at the moment I am driving that has no power. Traffic says if VW is not paying, we are also not paying.

Mind you, this is not the first time, Back in 2023 June, VW gave me a run around when the car over heated in Durban, they pointed it to the driver and said driving skill, I ask what driving skill is app**** on DSG except for putting in on drive. The car rolls back in a steep, reported it and they told me to use handbrake to brake all the time.
