VW POLO GTI

I write this as a very disappointed VW POLO GTI driver whose car developed a crackling sound whilst changing gears (this is on a DSG and it should be "automatic"). I was met with news that this crackling sound is not a manufacturer fault and that there is nothing they can do. Just a word of caution to anyone looking to get this car, maybe the brand in that matter.
