Vw polo 2007 airbags did not deploy !!!

Accident took place on the 11 AUGUST 2015<br> <br> Case nr: Lichtenburg AR 20/08/2015<br> I am Yoline Fourie, car owner. I am a student at University of Mafikeng, student nr: ***3. I bought the car for traveling purposes, I live in Lichtenburg so I have to drive from Lichtenburg to Mafikeng everyday for school attendance, therefor I bought a car that had a full service plan and low millage of km 69043. At the car dealership they told me the car is still new and in good condition and the car has airbags.<br> <br> On the 11/08/2015 we were in a car accident, lost control of the car and the car was written off by rolling four times, but the airbags did not deploy. I was not driving alone at the time my fellow student Belinda Nel student nr: ***8 and we both was injured and got medical attention. I am very concerned that the airbags did not deploy, it could have been much worse. People my concerns are why buy a car with with a full service plan, and still the car is not in a save condition .<br> Thursday I wrote a email to Volkswagen services explaining to them the situation about the airbags , I asked them to sent somebody to come a look at the car , they still haven't respond .<br> <br> <br>
