vw paarl sold an factory fault cross polo to us

We bought a cross polo 2014 model 1.6 at vw paarl in October 2014,they sold us an factory fault vichle ,cause 4 months ago they had to replace our head as they said it was an factory fault and since they fitted the new head the car doesn't drive the same and sound the swme,we went to twt to put on new tyres and they said there's something wrong with our suspension as they couldn't't get the wheel alignment in,we told vw paarl and they said we must bring the car in and they said they fixed the problem as they never did anything,we contact vwsa and they said to take the car to vw again to confirm the problem and we did that and the technician said that there is something wrong with the car suspension and there are 2 options the one is to modify suspension and other one is to replace the whole new front suspension and since that we never heard from vwsa again as they said we must send the prove to them and we did everything they requested but still no word from.them and I'm.not.prepare to keep this factory faulted vichle as there was to much stuff fixed on.this car already
