VW not wanting to take resp for my damaged car

On the 26th March 2015, i took my car for a return job because my car leaked oil after service.Later during the day i was called that one of their client bumped my car. I spoke to the principal dealer about the matter and he did not want to assist me and i requested footage of what happened and the disclaimer form i supposedly sign that they wont be responsible for any damages to my car. He promised to email all my request but up until today he has not done that, the service i received there was very bad and bad attitude. Now i am siting with the car with no one taking responsibility for damages as i left my car under their care. I want VW to pay for the damages to my car and claim back from their client.
