VW not backing their product

My general experience of VWSA, Barons VW and it's related products has taken a nose dive after my experience earlier this year and the continued lack of taking responsibillity for their product

I had the VW Amarok 2.0 TSI. After being left stranded on the side of the road with my family, followed a just over 3 month period without a vehicle, endless arguments with Barons and VWSA, multiple extra bills for towing and strip and quote....yes you have to pay for them to quote you and they show no good will. Not even with the quoting.

My Amarok lost all compression and it was confirmed that had bent valves as a result of timing belt slip caused by a faulty tensioner. Although this is supposedly very unusual damage I found that not only is this a known risk with the VW 2.0 TSI engine, but the tensioner has also been changed 4 times between 2009 and 2015, without a single service bullitin being issued.. way weird for an issue that doesn't exist. The damage was quoted at R54 000 which had to come out of my pocket and Barons turned their backs.

Needless to say I sold the Amarok. I might only be one person that you can disrespect and ***** from by selling inferior product to, but you have lost me as customer forever.
