VW not accepting responsability for faulty vehicle

Purchased a new VW Amarok and noticed that you can not tow with it as it sways at the back. I have reported the problem. But VW is full of excuses. I have tried to cancel the deal as i can not use this vehicle its unsafe. Its now 8 months with this problem and i just keep on paying for something i can not use.
