VW Northcliff, worst dealership in the world.

I purchased a 1.2 polo TSI Highline with a DSG gearbox from VW Northcliff in the beginning of March.<br> My car rattled from day 1, the car was returned on 7 occasions for them to attempt to fix it, to which they didnt do anything other than cause more rattles.<br> My license was then put into my car aswell to which the address was completely wrong on the paperwork they provided me once registering the car. I was told that I must go and get it changed. <br> <br> Vw Northcliff NEVER returns my calls, to which I contacted their HR department to try get a hold of their dealer principal, after 4 days of calling he finally returned my call and then never again. Its been 2 months since his call and nothing.<br> Each time I needed feedback from their departments regarding my car I had to do all the calling. They never once came to the party.<br> VW's service is completely and utterly *******. Worst Car. Worst Service ever.
