VW Northcliff tsotsis!!!!

An employee at VW Northcliff made an enquiry on my name without my consent and he doesn’t wanna admit it. I called different banks and they confirmed that the Northcliff dealership made an enquiry. My credit score has drastically dropped while improving and working on it. An enquiry was made on the 9th of May and I was hospitalised on that day. I want those enquiries to be removed and my score to be fixed. The sales executive thinks I’m a fool. I told him it can’t be a coincidence that i spoke to him all of a sudden an enquiry is made on my name.Now I’m running back and forth to fix all the mess.I want everything to be rectified otherwise we will meet in court and I will make sure you pay for this. I can’t have bad credit history because of you guys. I never signed nor given consent on that day.

I want my score to be as it was, my credit profile to be exactly as it was and those enquiries to be removed pleaseeeee😡😡😡😡You violated my personal information and your employee is a pathological ****!!!!
