VW NEWCASTLE BAD SERVICE

I have taken my 2013 VW CROSS POLO - 24000 km. for SERVICE to NEWCASTLE VW branch - I have reported to the service department that I have vibration on the steering wheel when braking and cracking noise from the front if I turn the steering wheel and reverse at slow speed. I have told them that discs in front are the problem. After service nothing that I have told them was any batter. I have taken my VW which is under guarantee and service plan from VW SA. to KWIK FIT NEWCASTLE for second opinion - they have told me that the front discs are the problem. They skimmed the discs and car is like new. HOW DIFFICULT ??? I have to spend my time and money haveing VW service plan - they just wash and change oil and wait for Your car to go out of the service plan so that then can charge s..... out of You. So it look like none VW franchise know more than so called expects. It's a joke. LOL LOL LOL
