VW never cares about their customer loyalty to the brand.

All I can say is that I have VW Golf 7, 6000KM driven and the turbo is gone. VW is not willing to replace it I must now pay from my pocket. Now I ask my self about my other VW car which is not yet on 60K

Never again will I buy a VW car in my life and I will make sure my kids will also not buy as well as their kids. VW does not care about their customers. All they care about is the money you give them.
