VW needed to replace the brake discs on my Polo

VW needed to replace the brake discs on my Polo during the last service.<br> The problem however is that the car has only done 14 000 km.<br> How is it possible that the brake discs can be finish, and not the brake pads?<br> My wife is using the car only for driving kids to school in Grahamstown.<br> There is something wrong with the quality of the parts fitted to the vehicle.<br> Even though the staff admitted that some vehicles were recalled to replace these parts,<br> they are forcing me to pay for the replacements.<br> VW customer care, Karen ***told me there is only a 10 000 km warranty on those parts.<br> They have decided that I will have to pay as the parts have already been replaced.
