VW NCR report- overcharged customers

Can VW help us here, how are they going to pay some of us our money which apparently they incorrectly charged us as per NCR report today. I understands is for people who bought their cars from 2007 to recent. I bought my new polo vivo in 2011 at VW Middleburg I also will like to know those incorrect when will I be expecting my refund on this also.
